2015 Harvest Marathon Registration

We are excited to hear you are thinking of registering for the Paso Robles Harvest Marathon.  Remember not only do you get the pleasure of running through the wine country of the central coast at one of the most beautiful times of the year, but all the proceeds from the event go to support youth athletics at Paso Robles High School.

No hidden costs or fees.  

What you see is what you’ll pay!  We don’t like those annoying “convenience fees” either so the prices you see below is exactly what you will pay.  For the most hassle free registration go with our online registration through EventBrite.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEES

Harvest Marathon: $90 (by January 1st)
Harvest Half Marathon: $60 (by January 1st)
Rotary 5K: $30 (by January 1st)

REGISTRATION:

Harvest Marathon: $110 (before September 14th)
Harvest Half Marathon: $75 (before September 14th)
Harvest 5K: $35 (before September 14th)

LATE-REGISTRATION:

Harvest Marathon: $120 (after September 14th)
Harvest Half Marathon: $90 (after September 14th)
Harvest 5K: $40 (after September 14th)

 

RACE BIB AND GOODY BAG PICK UPS

We will be handing out race bibs and goody bags on the Saturday before the race. They can be picked up between the hours of 12p.m. to 5 p.m. at Le Vigne Winery at 5115 Buena Vista Road, Paso Robles, CA, 93446.  

You can also pick up your race bibs and bags on Sunday up to 30 minutes before your race.  Please allow yourself extra time so that you don’t miss the start of your race.

OFFLINE Payment – Pay by Check/Cash

NOTE:  There is no savings by registering offline.  All online fees are included in the prices listed above.  For the most hassle free registration please register online with a credit card.

If you would like to pay with check instead of credit card go back to the Online registration tab.  Enter which races you would like to enter and click on “Show other payments options” below the Register Button at the bottom of the form.

Complete the registration form online and click on “Pay with Check”.  Your registration will not be finalized until we have received your check and it has cleared.

Next, click here and complete and print the form.  Make checks payable to “Bearcat Boosters – Harvest Marathon”. Mail the check and form to:

SATURDAY REGISTRATION

Saturday Registration will be able if we have not reached capacity. All race weekend registration is first come first serve. Goody bags and t-shirts will be given out as supplies last. Saturday registration will be available at the race site,

From 12p.m. – 5 p.m.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION

Race Day Registration will be able if we have not reached capacity. All race weekend registration is first come first serve. Goody bags and t-shirts will be given out as supplies last. Race Day registration will be at the race site,

Starting at 6:00am and ending 30 minutes before the start of each race.

Race Transfer Policy

If you would like to transfer which race that you are entered into (Example – Your registered in the Full Marathon but would like to change to the Half Marathon) see the following on directions on how to transfer your race entry to a different race.  http://help.eventbrite.com/customer/en_us/portal/articles/1362890-can-i-change-my-ticket-registration-type-  You can only do this through the end of online registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Sorry.  We do not offer refunds but we know things happen so we do have a couple of options!  Up to 10 days before the race you can…

1) You can transfer your registration to another person.  This is accomplished through EventBrite. Click Here for directions on how to edit your registration to another individual.

2) You can transfer your registration to next year’s race.  Please email pasoroblesmarathon@gmail.com for details. Please note that we are a race organization completely organized by volunteers. While we hope and plan to continue to offering this wonderful California Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K for years to come this race may be canceled for next year.  NO REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED IF THIS OCCURS.
