2016 Harvest Marathon Registration

It’s time you run the Paso Robles Harvest Marathon, Half Marathon or 5K. Your races are a marvelous tour of the Paso Robles wine country in one of the most beautiful times of the year, harvest! You will pass vineyards, home of many award-winning wines. Best of all, proceeds from the three races support youth athletics at Paso Robles High School. Our mission maintains the philosophy that the student-athlete’s most important tasks are commitment to personal growth through academics along with learning skills such as teamwork, determination, responsibility, time management and the ability to overcome adversity. Watching and helping out at an endurance event is the perfect classroom!

What you see is what you’ll pay! We’ve eliminated the “convenience fee” so the prices you see below is exactly what you will pay. For the most hassle free registration go through the EventBrite system.

RACE BIB AND GOODY BAG PICK UP

We will be handing out race bibs and goody bags on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Le Vigne Winery at 5115 Buena Vista Road, Paso Robles, CA, 93446.

There will be NO PACKET PICK-UP on Sunday Race Day, no exceptions. Please plan to arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to your race.

MAIL-IN PAYMENT – PAY BY CHECK/CASH

NOTE:  There is no savings by registering offline.  All online fees are included in the prices listed above. For the most hassle free registration please register online with a credit card.

If you would like to pay with check instead of credit card go back to the Online registration tab. Enter which races you would like to enter and click on “Show other payments options” below the Register Button at the bottom of the form.

Complete the registration form online and click on “Pay with Check”. Your registration will not be finalized until we have received your check and it has cleared.

Next, click here and complete and print the form.  Make checks payable to “Bearcat Boosters – Harvest Marathon”. Mail the check and form to:

SATURDAY REGISTRATION

There will be Saturday Late Registration if the races have not reached capacity. All race weekend registration is first come, first serve. Late fees will apply. Goody bags and t-shirts will be given while supplies last and sizes are not guaranteed. Saturday registration will be available at the race site,

Race Transfer Policy

If you would like to transfer your race (Example – You registered in the Full Marathon but would like to change to the Half Marathon) see the following directions on how to transfer your race entry to a different race.  http://help.eventbrite.com/customer/en_us/portal/articles/1362890-can-i-change-my-ticket-registration-type-  You can only do this through the end of online registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We follow standard running industry policy. We do not offer refunds, sorry. But, we know things happen so we do have a couple of options!  Until October 1st, you can…

1) Transfer your registration to another person. This is accomplished through EventBrite. Click Here for directions on how to edit your registration to another individual.

2) Transfer your registration to next year’s race. Please email pasoroblesmarathon@gmail.com for details. Please note that we are a race organization completely organized by volunteers. While we hope and plan to continue to offer the Paso Robles Marathon, Half Marathon, + 5K for years to come, this race may be cancelled for next year. NO REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED IF THIS OCCURS.
